These Terms of Service ("Terms") are effective as of June 2, 2026, and supersede all previous versions.

By accessing or using the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable NovaSphere Gaming Policies.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between NovaSphere Gaming Inc. ("NovaSphere Gaming," "we," "our," or "us") and You regarding Your use of novaspheregaming.com, any related websites, mobile applications, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the Services).

The Services are intended for social entertainment purposes only.
No purchase is necessary to participate or win. Making a purchase does not increase Your chances of winning, and You are never required to make a purchase to use the Services.

ARBITRATION NOTICE
These Terms include a Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver.
Except where prohibited by law, disputes between You and NovaSphere Gaming will be resolved through individual binding arbitration, rather than in court.
You waive the right to participate in any class action, representative action, collective action, or jury trial, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGY NOTICE

Your use of the Services constitutes consent to such technologies as further described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Changes to Terms of Service and NovaSphere Gaming Policies
1.1 We may amend these Terms or the NovaSphere Gaming Policies from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site and become effective as indicated. Where required by applicable law, We will request Your consent before material changes become effective.
By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any revision, You agree to the updated Terms. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Limited Revocable License
2.1 Virtual Coins
The Services include Virtual Coins, including coins, chips, credits, points, or similar virtual items made available for gameplay.
Virtual Coins are licensed, not sold. They are non-transferable, have no independent monetary value, and may only be used within the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Except as expressly provided through Sweepstakes promotions or other authorized features, Virtual Coins may not be exchanged for money or other items of value.
2.2 License Grant
Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, NovaSphere Gaming grants You a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for personal entertainment.
This license does not grant ownership of any Games, Virtual Coins, accounts, software, or other content. NovaSphere Gaming may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Virtual Coins or Service features at any time, subject to applicable law.
2.3 No Transfer
You may not sell, assign, transfer, rent, lease, gift, pledge, or otherwise dispose of Your User Account or any Virtual Coins.
Any unauthorized transfer may result in suspension or permanent termination of Your User Account.
2.4 No Purchase Required
No purchase is required to register an account or play Games.
Virtual Coins may be obtained through free methods offered by the Site. Purchases are optional and only increase licensed access to certain Virtual Coins, content, or gameplay features. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning any Sweepstakes promotion.
3. Eligibility
3.1 You must satisfy the minimum legal age required in Your jurisdiction and otherwise be legally permitted to use the Services.
3.2 You may only access the Services from jurisdictions where the Services are lawfully available.
3.3 You represent that all registration information You provide is complete, accurate, and current.
3.4 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services.
3.5 NovaSphere Gaming may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where We reasonably believe that:
- eligibility requirements are not met
- inaccurate or misleading information has been provided
fraudulent or abusive conduct has occurred; or
continued access may violate applicable law.
3.6 Promotional Abuse
If We reasonably determine that a player has abused a promotion, bonus, Sweepstakes offer, or other promotional activity, We may withhold promotional benefits, cancel rewards, suspend the User Account, or permanently terminate access.
3.7 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, automation, cheats, or exploits
- participate in organized fraud or collusion
- share or misuse identity documents
- interfere with the Services or other users
attempt to circumvent verification or security measures.
3.8 Payment Method
Any payment method used must belong to You or be lawfully authorized for Your use. We may refuse or reverse transactions that appear unauthorized or fraudulent.
4. Your User Account
4.1 A User Account is required to access the Services.
4.2 Only one User Account is permitted per individual. Multiple accounts may be suspended, merged, or closed, and associated Virtual Coins or promotional balances may be forfeited.
4.3 If You lose access to Your account, You must contact Customer Support instead of creating another account.
4.4 You are responsible for keeping Your registration information accurate and current. Your registered name must match any identification documents submitted for verification.
4.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials.
4.6 You may not share, sell, lease, transfer, or permit another person to access Your User Account.
4.7 You must notify NovaSphere Gaming immediately if You believe Your account has been compromised.
4.8 You remain responsible for all activity occurring under Your User Account.
4.9 Inactive accounts may be closed or designated as dormant in accordance with these Terms.
4.10 You may request closure of Your User Account at any time. Closure may result in forfeiture of unused Virtual Coins or promotional balances where permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
4.11 NovaSphere Gaming may refuse registration or suspend or terminate a User Account at its sole discretion where permitted by law.
4.12 User Accounts may also be suspended or terminated where necessary during disputes, investigations, fraud reviews, or arbitration proceedings.
4.13 Players participating in coordinated gameplay, syndicates, collusion, or similar prohibited activities may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.
4.14 Medical Conditions
If You believe that You cannot safely or responsibly use the Services, You should immediately stop using the Services and contact Customer Support if You wish to suspend or close Your account.
NovaSphere Gaming may suspend or terminate an account where We reasonably determine that continued use would be unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with responsible gaming requirements.
5. Games and Contests
5.1 Certain Games, Sweepstakes promotions, tournaments, or contests may have additional rules published on the Site.
By participating, You agree to comply with both these Terms and any applicable Game Rules.
Where any conflict exists between Game Rules and these Terms, these Terms will control unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Purchases and Virtual Coins
6.1 General
The Services may allow You to obtain Virtual Coins or other virtual items through purchases or promotional methods.
Virtual Coins are licensed for use only within the Services. They are not personal property, have no cash value except where expressly provided under Sweepstakes promotions, and cannot be transferred outside the Services.
6.2 Purchases
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You authorize NovaSphere Gaming and its payment providers to charge Your selected payment method for all approved purchases, including applicable taxes and fees.
NovaSphere Gaming may refuse, limit, delay, or cancel any purchase that appears unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
6.3 Payment Methods
You represent that:
- the payment method belongs to You or You are authorized to use it
- all billing information is accurate and current
sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
We may request additional verification before completing a purchase.
6.4 Pricing
Prices, packages, promotional offers, and available purchase options may change at any time without prior notice.
NovaSphere Gaming reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel transactions affected by obvious pricing mistakes.
6.5 Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute may result in:
- suspension of Your User Account
- removal of purchased Virtual Coins
- cancellation of Sweepstakes entries or promotional benefits
permanent account closure where appropriate.
Nothing limits Your legal rights to dispute unauthorized transactions under applicable law.
6.6 Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.
NovaSphere Gaming may issue refunds, credits, or other remedies at its sole discretion where appropriate.
6.7 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to Your purchases, prizes, or redemption activities unless otherwise required by law.
7. Sweepstakes Promotions
7.1 General
Certain Games include Sweepstakes promotions governed by these Terms and any additional Sweepstakes Rules published on the Site.
Participation is voluntary.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase will not increase Your chances of winning.

7.2 Sweepstakes Coins
Sweepstakes Coins ("SC") may be awarded through promotional methods described on the Site.
SC are promotional entries provided solely for participation in Sweepstakes promotions.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, SC:

- cannot be transferred
have no independent monetary value.
7.3 Redemption
Eligible Sweepstakes prizes may be redeemed only after:

- eligibility confirmation
- fraud review
compliance with these Terms.
NovaSphere Gaming may delay, deny, suspend, or cancel redemption requests where fraud, abuse, legal restrictions, duplicate accounts, or other violations are reasonably suspected.
7.4 Promotional Abuse
NovaSphere Gaming reserves the right to cancel promotional rewards where We reasonably determine that a participant has:
- abused promotions
- manipulated gameplay
- used automated software
- created multiple accounts
- provided false information
otherwise violated these Terms.
7.5 Errors
If promotional rewards, Sweepstakes entries, or prizes are awarded because of technical errors, pricing errors, software defects, or administrative mistakes, NovaSphere Gaming may correct the error, cancel affected transactions, or recover improperly awarded benefits.
8. Identity Verification and Compliance
8.1 Verification
NovaSphere Gaming may request documents or information to verify Your identity, age, residence, payment method, or eligibility.
Verification may be required before:
- purchases
- redemptions
- promotional participation
- account recovery
continued account access.
8.2 Documents
Requested documents may include:
- government-issued identification
- proof of address
- payment verification
- selfie verification
additional documentation reasonably required for compliance.
8.3 Ongoing Monitoring
NovaSphere Gaming may perform ongoing verification and account reviews to comply with legal obligations, anti-fraud measures, anti-money laundering requirements, and responsible gaming policies.
8.4 Failure to Verify
If requested verification is not completed within a reasonable period, NovaSphere Gaming may:
- suspend the User Account
- restrict purchases or redemptions
- cancel promotional benefits
permanently terminate the account where permitted by law.
8.5 False Information
Providing inaccurate, misleading, forged, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, prize forfeiture, or permanent termination.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
The Services, Games, software, graphics, artwork, audio, video, trademarks, logos, text, technology, and all related intellectual property are owned by NovaSphere Gaming Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Use
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, You may not:
- copy
- reproduce
- distribute
- publish
- modify
- reverse engineer
- decompile
- create derivative works
commercially exploit any part of the Services.
9.3 Trademarks
All NovaSphere Gaming names, logos, trademarks, and service marks are the exclusive property of NovaSphere Gaming Inc. or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership or license except as expressly provided.
9.4 Feedback
If You submit suggestions, ideas, improvements, bug reports, or other feedback regarding the Services, You grant NovaSphere Gaming a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
9.5 Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by NovaSphere Gaming Inc. and its licensors.
10. User Content
10.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content You submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, You grant NovaSphere Gaming a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use such User Content for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.
10.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Your User Content and represent that:
- You own or have all necessary rights to submit it
- it does not infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights
it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.
10.3 Prohibited Content
You must not submit User Content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other rights
- contains malware, malicious code, or harmful software
- promotes violence, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity
- impersonates another person or entity
interferes with the operation of the Services.
10.4 Removal
NovaSphere Gaming may remove, restrict, edit, or disable any User Content at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the content violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or otherwise make available third-party websites, applications, payment providers, advertising partners, analytics services, or other external services.
NovaSphere Gaming does not own or control such third-party services and is not responsible for:
- their content
- their privacy practices
- their availability
their products or services.
Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their applicable terms and privacy policies.
12. Copyright Complaints
NovaSphere Gaming respects intellectual property rights.
If You believe that content available through the Services infringes Your copyright or other intellectual property rights, You may submit a written notice including sufficient information to identify:
- the copyrighted work
- the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- a statement of good-faith belief
a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaSphere Gaming disclaims all express, implied, statutory, or other warranties, including warranties of:
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
- uninterrupted availability
- accuracy
- security
reliability.
NovaSphere Gaming does not guarantee that:
- the Services will always be available
- gameplay will be uninterrupted or error-free
- defects will be corrected immediately
servers will be free from viruses or harmful components.
You assume all risks associated with Your use of the Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NovaSphere Gaming, its affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- exemplary damages
- punitive damages
- special damages
- loss of profits
- loss of revenue
- loss of goodwill
- loss of business opportunities
loss of data.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, NovaSphere Gaming's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You to NovaSphere Gaming during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
15. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between You and NovaSphere Gaming, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Before commencing arbitration or court proceedings, You agree to provide written notice describing the dispute and the relief requested.
NovaSphere Gaming will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly through good-faith discussions.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may proceed under Section 16.
16. Binding Arbitration Agreement
16.1 Agreement to Arbitrate
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than litigation in court.
16.2 Covered Claims
Arbitration applies to all disputes, including claims relating to:
- these Terms
- the Services
- User Accounts
- purchases
- Sweepstakes
- Virtual Coins
- redemption requests
- promotions
- advertising
- privacy
- intellectual property
statutory and common law claims.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims shall be brought solely on an individual basis.
Neither You nor NovaSphere Gaming may participate in:
- class actions
- representative actions
- collective proceedings
consolidated proceedings.
16.4 Jury Trial Waiver
By agreeing to these Terms, both parties knowingly waive any right to a trial by jury.
16.5 Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by submitting written notice within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms.
Opt-out requests must clearly identify:
- Your name

- User Account information
a statement that You wish to opt out of arbitration.

16.6 Arbitration Rules
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, arbitration shall be conducted under the applicable arbitration rules specified by NovaSphere Gaming.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine the validity, enforceability, and scope of this arbitration agreement.
16.7 Survival
This arbitration agreement survives termination of:
- Your User Account
- these Terms
Your use of the Services.
17. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Proceedings
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, You and NovaSphere Gaming agree that any dispute shall be resolved solely on an individual basis.
Neither party may participate as a plaintiff, claimant, class representative, or class member in any class action, consolidated action, collective action, representative proceeding, or private attorney general action.
If any portion of this waiver is determined to be unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Where applicable law prohibits enforcement of this waiver, only the affected portion shall be deemed unenforceable.
18. Miscellaneous
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Sweepstakes Rules, Responsible Social Gameplay Policy, and any other NovaSphere Gaming Policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between You and NovaSphere Gaming regarding the Services.
They supersede all prior agreements, communications, representations, and understandings relating to the Services.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
18.3 No Waiver
Failure by NovaSphere Gaming to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy.
Any waiver must be expressly made in writing and applies only to the specific instance identified.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of these Terms or any rights arising under them without our prior written consent.
NovaSphere Gaming may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, successor, purchaser, or other entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
18.5 Force Majeure
NovaSphere Gaming shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- acts of government
- war
- terrorism
- civil unrest
- labor disputes
- utility failures
- telecommunications interruptions
- internet outages
- cyberattacks
third-party service failures.
Performance shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable after the event has ended.
18.6 Electronic Communications
By using the Services, You consent to receive notices and communications electronically.
Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing.
18.7 Headings
Section headings are provided solely for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
18.8 Survival
The following provisions survive termination of these Terms or Your User Account where applicable:

- Sweepstakes

- Disclaimer of Warranties
- Limitation of Liability

any provision that by its nature should survive termination.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by the laws applicable to NovaSphere Gaming Inc., without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where applicable law permits, exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration shall lie in the competent state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction designated by NovaSphere Gaming.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
